Our Story
A Quiet Stretch of Beach, Built to Last
Arcadian One opened in 1974 on a quiet stretch of oceanfront in Arcadian Shores. Some of the families who stayed that first summer are still here. Others have found it since, and most of them come back.
Every condo is privately owned and not all of them are rented, so the building never feels crowded. There is room by the pool, room on the beach, and time to slow down. The on-site management office is open seven days a week, and the people in it know the building, the beach and the area well.
